Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang to appear on tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block'

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang will share the story of how he went from being a dishwasher to becoming the CEO of one of the world’s largest tech companies on the tvN talk show “You Quiz on the Block” (2018–), marking his first appearance on any entertainment talk show.

The tvN appearance comes as part of Huang’s visit to Korea, which begins on Thursday. The episode featuring Huang will air in June, the network said.

“We are delighted that ‘You Quiz on the Block’ will be part of Jensen Huang’s special journey in Korea,” said Nam Seung Yong, a business management executive at CJ ENM.

“Viewers can look forward to hearing Jensen Huang’s life story, from washing dishes as a boy to becoming the CEO of the world’s most valuable company by market capitalization, along with his insights into the AI era, his vision for the future and his thoughts on the qualities that future generations will need.”

During his visit to Korea, Huang is scheduled to attend several meetings with the heads of major conglomerates to expand their cooperation in AI and robotics. 

He previously visited Korea in October of last year, when he attended the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation CEO Summit held in Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang.

His “Kkanbu meeting” with Samsung Electronics Executive Chairman Lee Jae-yong and Hyundai Motor Group Executive Chair Euisun Chung at a Kkanbu Chicken store in Seoul that same month made headlines across Korea.
