U.S. President Donald Trump and French President Emmanuel Macron hold a joint press conference in the East Room to the White House in Washington, D.C., on Feb. 24.

French President Emmanuel Macron told Fox News on Monday the United States cannot have a trade war with China and Europe at the same time.

"Come on, you cannot have a trade war with China and Europe at the same time," Macron said in the interview.
