After the prosecution indicted Democratic Party (DP) leader Lee Jae-myung on charges of third-party bribery in a company’s illegal remittance of money to North Korea, Lee must undergo four trials on charges of violating the Public Official Election Act; committing subornation of perjury; taking bribes on two redevelopment projects; and allegedly getting involved in the remittance to Pyongyang.
