Lee Myung-bak, who presently leads the presidential race, jots the name of

Park Geun-hye aide Chung In-bong on a list of people to whom he would

“teach a lesson” later. Mr. Chung claims he has a secret file revealing Mr.

Lee’s wrongdoings. He insists he wants to have Mr. Lee screened thoroughly

before the election to insure a Grand National Party win.
