The prosecution has indicted Choo Mi-ae, chair of the opposition Minjoo Party of Korea, for allegedly violating of the election law in the April 13 general election, but dropped such charges for Choi Kyung-hwan, Yoon Sang-hyun and Hyun Ki-hwan, all Park Geun-hye loyalists in the Saenuri Party.
