The Supreme Court on Thursday sent back to a lower court a case involving National Intelligence Service chief Won Sei-hoon, who allegedly ordered his staff to meddle in the 2012 presidential election by posting pro-Park Geun-hye messages on the Internet. The court disagreed with some of the evidence in the case.
