The Korea.com is to broadcast live performace of world-famous top stars on the internet.
Thrunet has signed a deal to broadcast real-time live performances of world-famous singers over the Internet.
The company said on Sunday it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Sweet Basil Korea, the Korean branch of production company Sweet Basil, on strategic investment and joint operations.
Sweet Basil will invest about one billion won($880,000) in Thrunet and provide real-time live performances of famous musicians to be broadcast over Korea.com.
Korea.com will broadcast performances from Live House, which will open at Chongdam-dong, Seoul, next February.
Sweet Basil Korea is spending nine billion won on Live House, which will accommodate 350 guests. Famous musicians in various genres, including pop and jazz, will perform there.
