Tensions flare
The Korea Coast Guard in charge of the western region inspects a Chinese vessel illegally fishing in waters off Sinan County, South Jeolla, on Tuesday night. The Coast Guard seized 17 Chinese fishing boats for illegal fishing during a special inspection period this week.[YONHAP]
