Park Seo-jun signs on for ‘Police’

Actor Park Seo-jun will return to the silver screen through a new action movie tentatively titled “Young Police,” according to several industry insiders.

“Park has been offered several roles after his successful performances in previous films “The Beauty Inside” (2015) and “The Chronicles of Evil” (2015),” said one of the sources.

“Park decided to join ‘Young Police’ due to its story and its fresh character.”

The new movie will revolve around the struggles faced by two students attending police academy. Park will play one of the students.

Shooting for the new flick will take place after Park wraps shooting upcoming drama “Hwarang: The Beginning,” which is scheduled to hit the air in December. The upcoming film is expected to be released next year.

Park debuted in 2011 and has since starred in numerous projects, most notably the romantic comedy dramas “She Was Pretty” (2015),” and “I Summon You Gold” (2013).
