Senior commanders from the Armed Forces convene yesterday at the Ministry of National Defense in Seoul. Defense Minister Kim Kwan-jin told 140 senior commanders that Korea’s military should prepare for possible attacks as North Korea goes through an apparent power struggle. By Ahn Seong-sik
