Lee Hyori says she lacks talent as a singer

Singer Lee Hyori admitted that members of girl group Spica are better singers than she is on her reality TV program that showed on cable channel OnStyle on Tuesday.

In the program titled “Lee Hyori’s X Sister,” Lee uses her 15-year experience in the music industry to give tips to newcomers on how to survive when in fierce competition with other singers.

“I want to help you become a singer who is loved for a longer time than someone who seeks instant popularity,” she said.

“I’m not a producer or anything, but I’m your “X sister” who can watch your back.”

While she coached the group, she also admitted that there are things she can learn from them.

“[I] lack in talent as a singer,” said Lee.

“I don’t have a great vocal talent and I can’t dance well. Spica is better than I am and I need to learn from them.”
