Korea records 57,079 new Covid-19 cases Thursday

Korea recorded 57,079 new Covid-19 cases on Thursday, down by more than 2,000 from the same day a week earlier, according to the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency.

The number of critically ill patients remained at the 400-level at 430. There were 62 deaths.

The accumulative total of confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Korea stands at 27,155,813.
