‘Gag Concert’ comedian donates bone marrow

Comedian Jung Myung-hoon has donated bone marrow to a five-year-old cancer patient.

“The child is currently undergoing cancer treatment. I will play my part when the child gets better,” Jung said in a phone call with Money Today, a local news outlet, on Tuesday. “I only did what ought to be done. I’m embarrassed that this has gotten out.”

Jung, a core member of the cast of the KBS comedy show “Gag Concert,” is a registered donor with the Korea Marrow Donor Program.
