Cars passing Namsan Tunnel No. 1 and No. 3 are exempted from toll fees on Friday as the day was designated a temporary holiday. The fees are levied from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday, but not during the weekend or holidays. All highway toll fees were also exempted throughout Friday. [NEWSIS]
