Coupang Play's 'Elite League' to return for second season

Bright-minded university students will return for another season of Coupang Play's game show "Elite League."

The company announced Thursday that the second season of "Elite League" will be airing on Coupang Play this year.

The show pits students from Korea's leading universities against each other in intellectually challenging games.

The first season ended in December last year, with Seoul National University winning the title of the smartest university.

The show started with five teams from Seoul National University, KAIST, Pohang University of Science and Technology, Yonsei University and Korea University, with a team of Harvard students joining midway.
