Min Hee-jin to hold press conference at 2:30 p.m.

Min Hee-jin, CEO of girl group NewJeans' agency ADOR, will hold a press conference at 2:30 p.m. in central Seoul, following her company's shareholder meeting held earlier on the same day.

Min will explain her stance regarding the shareholder meeting, where she decided to keep her position as CEO but two board members were fired and three new members were added by HYBE, according to her attorney.

Three HYBE executives — Chief Human Resources Officer Kim Ju-young, Chief Strategy Officer Lee Jae-sang and Chief Financial Officer Lee Kyung-jun — will now sit on the ADOR board of directors.
