As the number of multicultural families surpasses 2.2 million in Korea, SK Telecom plans to expand foreign language services under its "Like a Local" initiative. English-language services will be made available on the SK Telecom mobile app. In-bound counselors will receive calls in English, Japanese and Chinese.
