Alcohol licensing amendment allows restaurants to sell liquor by the glass

Restaurants, from Tuesday, are able to sell liquor by the glass. An amendment to Korea's liquor licensing law has gone into effect, allowing for the sales of liquor in smaller units than a bottle.
